The Brussels Bulletin is a monthly publication produced by the Scottish Parliament’s Officer in Brussels. It provides intelligence on the key EU policy themes which are likely to dominate the European policy agenda as it relates to devolved matters over the next year. The four main key policy areas are: Energy & Climate Change; Maritime issues (including Fisheries); Structural/Reform Issues; and Economic & Social Issues.
